Increasing demand and love of boyoz led us to this creative approach. It simply tells that everyone, even "Secret Gourmet Agencies" -pun intended- are after our beloved boyoz. Alsancak Dostlar Fırını is a local bakery. They are specialized in a kind of borek called "boyoz" of Spanish origin. It's cooked in black wood owen and served with hard boiled eggs.
